Sustainability
The Sustainability Office is recognized across campus for several signature programs that offer ways for students to get involved and for work in addressing and document sustainability practices in campus operations. We also partner with faculty and academic staff to connect campus sustainability efforts to curriculum and research. Below you will find links to some of the areas we work that are most directly relevant for students.
You can also check out our latest AASHE STARS Report (create a free AASHE account with your UWW email to view details) — a trusted benchmark for measuring sustainability performance in higher education — to see how we're progressing in specific areas and metrics and where we stand among our peers. This certification, along with other accomplishments of the Sustainability Office, are found on our Awards page.
