HEALTH AND WELLNESS AT UROCK

You matter at URock, and well-being is at the heart of student success. We support the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of every student so they can thrive in and out of the classroom.

Through the Warhawk Solution Center, students can connect with University Health and Counseling Resources (UHCS) that promote balance, resilience, and personal growth. Whether you're facing new challenges or looking to strengthen your overall well-being, we're here to support you every step of the way.

Students can also connect with the Wellness Navigator for personalized support, wellness education, and guidance to campus and community resources.
