Previous Plans and Studies

A key tool in long range strategic planning is the implementation of feasibility, programming and facility condition studies.  Projects also often require pre-design reports (35% design).  Studies and Pre-Design Reports provide important scope and budget validation.  Pre-Design reports are also presented to the Board of Regenst and the State Building Commission for permission to construct.  Studies and Pre-Design Reports may not fully reflect the final version that is built, but do provide information on basic project intent.  The following list of Master Plans, Studies and Pre-Design Reports are available upon request.  Please contact the Campus Planning Dept to request project information.
