Worker's Compensation

The Worker's Compensation Act provides benefits when at the time of injury the employee is performing service growing out of and incidental to their employment. Injuries should be immediately reported to a supervisor. More information about next steps and the Employee's Work Injury and Illness Report can found on the Universities of Wisconsin website.
