Accounting Services
Accounting Services, a division of Administrative Affairs, is responsible for processing payments to suppliers and general ledger transactions. These responsibilities engage the Accounting Services staff with many of the staff on campus and the external suppliers that departments work with throughout the year to purchase goods and services. Accounting Services supports the campus by offering training sessions throughout the academic year, provides financial reports out to departments to ensure review of departmental budgets and cash balances and coordinates with UW System for all required tax reporting and financial statement presentation for UW-Whitewater.
