Meet the Team:
Stephanie Hartmann- Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer. Stephanie is a UW-Whitewater alumni who joined the HR Team in 2011 moving into the role of Benefit Specialist in 2017 and most recently Deputy CHRO in March of 2023.
Ramon Rocha, Sr - HR Generalist. Ramon joined the HR team in 2019 as the HR Coordinator and moved into the role of HR Generalist (FMLA, Worker's Compensation & Benefits Liaison) in July of 2023. Ramon is bilingual (Spanish/English) and does a lot of the translating for the office and campus wide. He is also a notary for the state of Wisconsin.
Rachel Vant - Benefits and Wellness Student Assistant. Rachel is a junior here at UWW, who is majoring in Chemistry with a Business emphasis. Rachel has worked for our office since Fall of 2023.
