Mantra Health
Mantra is a tool available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and and free to all students through the Care Hub, and online entry point to wellness and clinical services. It is available online anytime, anywhere. Services include peer-to-peer support, evidence-based self care, emotional wellness coaching, productivity coaching, crisis care, and confidential counseling and psychiatry services.
