Nominations Open: March 19 - April 10, 2025
Individuals may nominate themselves or others for open seats for this two-year term using this nomination form. Nominees must represent institutional divisions for Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, Finance and Administrative Affairs, and the Rock County campus, plus one/two additional seats elected At-Large.

Electronic Ballot Open: April 22 - May 12, 2025
Please cast your vote in the University Staff Council election by using the electronic ballot sent to your campus email. All voting is anonymous and confidential. The candidates who receive the highest votes for each open representative seat will become the Divisional/Branch Campus representatives.  The next highest vote-getters will fill open At-Large positions until all open seats are filled.  Each will serve a two-year term, effective July 1 following the election.
