Therapeutic Style
I really enjoy taking a person-centered approach when working with my clients while also integrating other therapeutics styles to help my clients achieve their goals. I believe all of my clients have the ability for growth and self-actualization and it is my responsibility to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for such growth and exploration to occur.

A few hobbies of mine include watching true crime documentaries, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. A fun fact about me, I have recently become a freelance makeup artist.
