Emotional Well-being Resources Available to UW-Whitewater Students.
Counseling Services
UHCS Counseling Services provides a wide range of in-person and virtual mental health services for UWW students including short-term individual, group and couples therapy. Visit the UHCS website or call 262-472-1305 for more information on how to schedule an appointment.
Winther Counseling Services are staffed by UW-Whitewater graduate students. Supervision and consultation is provided by faculty. Counseling is open to students, staff, children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in the community.
YOU@UWW is your go-to hub for self-care tips, guidance, and campus resources to help keep your academics, well-being, and social connections on track. The online portal provides a space to check in with yourself, set goals, and explore UWW resources and services, 24/7.
Mantra Health expands the availability of teletherapy services for students. Mantra counselors provide free, short-term psychotherapy to UWW students and works collaboratively with University Health & Counseling to ensure quality care is delivered. You can schedule an appointment at Mantra Health using your UWW email address to log in.
Togetherall is an online peer-to-peer discussion platform for students looking to take the next step on their mental health journey by connecting with other students who might be facing similar issues. Create an account using your UWW email address.
