Therapeutic Style
My approach is a melting pot of solution-focused, CBT, and sport psychology. My background in athletics and performance translates well because as students, you are constantly performing in school, work, etc and trying to balance all of your responsibilities. I tend to adapt my approach to what each individual student needs while trying to steer towards finding unique solutions, providing individualized techniques and interventions, and creating a space to discuss what is going on in your life without judgement.
Area of Coordination
- Athletics and Performance
- Student-Athlete Wellness Workshops
Educational Background
- BA Psychology, St. Norbert College
- MEd Counseling with Emphases in Clinical Mental Health and Athletic Counseling, Springfield College
Personal Interests/Hobbies/Fun Fact
I have a rescue dog that takes up most of my time by working out with him, going on road trips, or just watching tv.
