UWW is committed to upholding the highest standards of scientific rigor in research. UWW is committed to fostering an environment that promotes research integrity and the responsible conduct of research, discourages research misconduct, and deals promptly with allegations or evidence of possible research misconduct.
If you wish to submit a Research Misconduct Allegation Report, please use the link at EthicsPoint. The form is used to collect relevant information about the allegation you are making. Please provide detailed information about the nature of your complaint and the identity of the individual the complaint is about. You are welcome to make an anonymous report; however, the university cannot guarantee complete anonymity throughout research misconduct proceedings. The UW-Whitewater endeavors to protect the confidentiality of Respondents and Complainants, and of research subjects identifiable from research records or evidence, by limiting disclosure to those who need to know to carry out a thorough, competent, objective, and fair research misconduct proceeding.
