Research Compliance
The University of Wisconsin–Whitewater is committed to conducting research with integrity, responsibility, and accountability. Through the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP), the University provides oversight and guidance for key compliance areas—including human and animal subjects’ protection, export controls, biosafety, and research misconduct—to ensure research is conducted ethically and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
If you wish to submit a Research Misconduct Allegation Report, please use the link at EthicsPoint. The form is used to collect relevant information about the allegation you are making. Please provide detailed information about the nature of your complaint and the identity of the individual the complaint is about. You are welcome to make an anonymous report; however, the university cannot guarantee complete anonymity throughout research misconduct proceedings. The UW-Whitewater endeavors to protect the confidentiality of Respondents and Complainants, and of research subjects identifiable from research records or evidence, by limiting disclosure to those who need to know to carry out a thorough, competent, objective, and fair research misconduct proceeding.
