The student conduct process exists to help students through choices they have made while ensuring the safety of the Whitewater campus and greater community. As a member of the Whitewater community, we all have rights and responsibilities and we encourage all students to familiarize themselves with laws, policies, and community guidelines. The behavior of UW-Whitewater students is governed by the University of Wisconsin Administrative Code, as well as campus-specific policies. These policies are established to respond to allegations of inappropriate behavior. The student conduct process is not a court of law; rather, it aims to provide educational opportunities for students to make amends for their actions and evaluate their decision making process. We encourage all students to review the below codes of conduct.
