Preparing for the Event
Ticket inforamtion for show can be purchases on the WSMA website.
Purchase a Parking Permit
Virtual permit holder users MUST provide their correct license plate information when purchasing a permit before parking on campus. You can register one vehicle at a time. For each registration you submit you must enter the license plate number of the vehicle that you will be using to attend the show.

Virtual Permit Ordering Details:
- Agree to Terms of Service
- Select Event Type: WSMA
- Select Event Name: WSMA State Marching Band 10/19/2024
- Select Permit Type: WSMA STATE MARCHING BAND ($10.00)
- Dates will automatically fill in
- Click Add Vehicle
- Enter license plate, make, model and color vehicle; Click ADD
- Follow the remaining prompts to complete registration process
NOTE:- Be sure to enter plate correctly to avoid being ticketed.
- Need to change your plate, call 262-472-1011 during business hours Mon-Fri 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
Ordering Options
Online Store: Attendees can place custom apparel orders through an online store.
On-Site Ordering: Orders can also be placed on-site at the Northwest Designs trailer.
Fulfillment Methods
- Items can be shipped directly to the customer's address
- Some items may be printed on-site from the Northwest Designs trailer
Important Notes
- Pre-orders will take at least a month after the event to be fulfilled
- Unlike previous years, pre-ordered items will not be available for immediate pickup at the event
- This new process aims to streamline ordering and ensure quality delivery of custom apparel
The changes provide more flexibility in ordering and fulfillment options, but customers should be aware that most items will not be available immediately at the event itself. The extended timeline for pre-orders allows for customization and quality control in producing the apparel.
