Ryan Maddix

Ryan is a Whitewater alum, who earned a degree in Music Education. While a student at UWW, he studied under Matthew Onstad and played in a variety of ensembles (including Jazz 1, Wind Ensemble, Trumpet Ensemble, and Symphonic Orchestra).

Ryan is currently the Band and Orchestra Director at South Milwaukee High School, teaching Jazz Combo as an extracurricular (adding Big Band in the fall). He enjoys performing music, painting houses, and teaching. This will be Ryan's second year as a counselor at UWW Jazz Camp, and he can't wait to return!
