Interview Prep for Instructors

We're changing from the Interview Prep system to Big Interview. We're excited for the additional capabilities this system offers for our students to practice their interviewing skills.  Interview Prep access will end on June 30, 2026.  Career Services is implementing Big Interview, and expects to launch the platform in August 2026.

If your students need assistance with interview preparation during the transition period, Career Services advisors are available to help! Students can schedule an appointment (in-person or virtual) to do a practice (mock) interview with feedback, or ask for interviewing tips.  You can also find helpful interview tips on our Interviewing page.  

Are you looking to incorporate an interview as a class assignment in your courses?  We welcome you to use Big Interview, a virtual resource for UWW students, to manage the assignment.  With a Faculty/Staff account, you can create mock interview assignments to help your students practice and build essential soft skills that employers are looking for.  With just a few clicks, you can create a customized virtual class assignment, selecting from thousands of interview questions that can help to enhance students' learning experiences.  Students complete the interview virtually on their own time, and you have the opportunity to view the recorded interview and grade it.
