Commencement Committee
Function
The Commencement Committee plans and executes all pieces of the UW-Whitewater Commencement ceremony in Whitewater. The committee also reviews alternative ceremony options during times when an in-person ceremony or venue is not available. The committee continuously reviews commencement ceremonies and makes recommendations to the Chancellor concerning possible revisions and improvements. Commencement ceremonies are held at the end of fall and spring semesters.
The College of Integrated Studies holds one ceremony at the end of spring semester which is organized through a separate committee.
