Robyn Accetta, MFA, AEA, SAG-E, serves as Assistant Professor of Acting in the Department of Theatre and Dance. Robyn holds a Master of Fine Arts in Acting from the University of Georgia. Prior to her MFA, Robyn completed a Two-Year Professional Acting Workshop Certification at Circle in the Square Theatre School in New York City and holds a BA in Theatre from Michigan State University.

Robyn is a professional actor of both stage and film, with production credits spanning an array of venues and stages and is an active member of Actors’ Equity Association as well as an eligible member of the Screen Actors Guild. In the classroom, Robyn’s teaching assignments include Introduction to Acting, Improvisational Drama, Auditioning, Analysis and Performance, Acting for the Camera, Acting: Problems of Style, and Vocal Production and Stage Speech. She also undertakes directing responsibilities each semester and provides academic advising to BFA Performance majors.

Robyn has undergone specialized training in movement (including aerial arts), voice methodologies such as Linklater, Alba Method and Intimacy Direction.
