The Power of Diverse Minds: Rethinking Inclusion

Dr. Ludmila Praslova headshotDr. Ludmila Praslova will present on the acceptance and inclusion of neurodiversity across campuses and workplaces. While awareness of neuroinclusion in corporate America is growing, progress remains uneven, often constrained by outdated systems, stigma, and a reactive, accommodation-based approach. Dr. Praslova calls for a shift toward systemic redesign—embedding belonging, dignity, and accessibility directly into organizational practices. Such an approach not only supports neurodivergent individuals, but also creates workplaces that better serve everyone’s productivity and well-being. This presentation will be of interest to those committed to dignity, productivity, and decent work for all. The event is free, open to the public, and available via livestream. Registration to attend is required.
