This event proudly supports the King-Chávez Scholars Program, a vital initiative at UW-Whitewater dedicated to advancing access, opportunity, and student success. The program is a merit-based scholarship that supports first-generation students with financial need. It provides a strong first-year experience through scholarships, mentoring, a residential learning community, and early campus engagement to promote academic success and leadership development.
