&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;APPLICATION INFORMATION&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Interested students should submit the following&amp;nbsp;by the specified deadline to&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="mailto:artscholarship@uww.edu"&gt;artscholarship@uww.edu&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;to be considered for scholarships:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;AAR (Academic Advising Report)&amp;nbsp;in PDF file format.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Artist Statement (Word doc) Submit a brief artist statement of potential for success in the area of chosen major. (1-2 pages, Times New Roman Font, 12 point).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Digital Portfolio&amp;nbsp;of 5-7 artworks&amp;nbsp;(Word doc, Letter Size)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Numbered Image list&amp;nbsp;with the title&amp;nbsp;(Class, Title of project, Size, media, and year completed). (Example: 1. Painting1_Untitled_16x20_Oil_F2019)
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Please place&amp;nbsp;one&amp;nbsp;image under the title per page.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Each Image (JPEG file format) should not exceed 1000 pixels width either height or width (no bigger than 7 inches width).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Three-dimensional work may require multiple views. No more than 3 images per project may be submitted for each three-dimensional artwork or multiple-page publication projects. If all work is three-dimensional, then a total of 21 images may be submitted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;hr /&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Only students returning as&amp;nbsp;full-time students (minimum 12 credits each semester) for the next academic year will be considered for&amp;nbsp;scholarships. Students who do not complete and submit applications to the Art and Design office by the deadline will not be allowed to participate in the&amp;nbsp;Scholarship&amp;nbsp;Review. All the faculty in the department will review your work and make recommendations to the&amp;nbsp;Scholarship&amp;nbsp;Committee. The&amp;nbsp;Scholarship&amp;nbsp;Committee will then make the final decision and award&amp;nbsp;scholarships. If you receive a&amp;nbsp;scholarship, you will be required to participate in the scheduled college/department&amp;nbsp;scholarship&amp;nbsp;events in&amp;nbsp;the College&amp;nbsp;Scholarship Celebration&amp;nbsp;in the fall.&lt;/p&gt;
