<p>Faculty/Staff members must bring their Hawk Card to use the pool, gyms and racquetball courts during open recreation. Memberships may be purchased by using payroll deduction. Faculty/Staff memberships must be purchased in Williams Center Room 100.</p>
<p>NOTE: A new account will be needed if you do not already have an account affiliated with UW-Whitewater Camps & Conferences. Your UWW-issued NetID and password will likely not work for this form.</p>
<p>Memberships purchased over a weekend period must be processed by administrative staff and a membership card is to be issued.</p>
